The skinny: Ah, just what America needed, a chance to see the Browns in prime time. Eric Mangini has flopped on his flip decision — again — putting Brady Quinn back in at quarterback after benching him earlier this season.

Seems the Browns have bigger problems than Quinn or Derek Anderson playing behind center. The Browns rank 31st in the 32-team NFL in yards gained per game this season and are tied for 30th in scoring.

The Ravens are rested, coming off a bye, and need a win to keep pace in the AFC North.

The difference will be: If the Browns can do anything to slow Ravens tailback Ray Rice.

When Baltimore gets in a rhythm with Rice running the ball, quarterback Joe Flacco has more time to work in the passing game, and he consistently makes the right choices in that situation.

Rice has played against the Browns once in Cleveland — last November — and he rushed for a career-high 154 yards. The Browns have surrendered at least 140 yards rushing in every game this season and at least 170 yards rushing in four games.

The call: Ravens 28-6
