WESTMINSTER — A 21-year-old man fatally shot in an apparent road-rage incident has been identified.
Justin Maggard of Broomfield died of a gunshot to the chest, Adams County Coroner James Hibbard said.
Maggard was shot about 7:45 p.m. Friday near the intersection of West 120th Avenue and Huron Street, according to the Westminster Police Department.
Travis Neil Smith, 26, of Commerce City is being held at the Adams County Jail as a suspect.
