PARIS — A French armored-car driver suspected of stealing $17.4 million in cash has turned himself in to authorities in Monaco after a massive manhunt, police in France and Monaco said.
Toni Musulin, 40, appeared at a police station in Monaco on Monday after 11 days on the run, police said. Some of the cash had been recovered. Police did not say whether Musulin had revealed the whereabouts of the rest.
