A Greeley man said he was kidnapped in Kersey, beaten and robbed before his family paid a $1,000 ransom for his release.
The man told police his ex-girlfriend, her father and two of their friends were responsible for the attack. All four were arrested. Kersey Police Chief Pat Carey said the four may have connections to gangs.
