A federal judge in Denver on Tuesday continued a hearing until today on a Securities and Exchange Commission complaint against four people and two companies that allegedly bilked investors of more than $54 million in a Ponzi-like scheme.

The SEC is seeking a preliminary injunction against Wayde and Donna McKelvy and their Centennial-based Speed of Wealth LLC, and Troy Wragg and Amanda Knorr and their Pennsylvania company Mantria.

Two weeks ago, the court granted a temporary restraining order against the two couples and companies that freezes their assets and prohibits them from further investment-related activities.
