• Because of a reporter’s error, a story on Page 7B Wednesday incorrectly stated Southwest Airlines’ ranking in customer complaints. In October, Southwest had the fewest number of complaints among 19 airlines reporting to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Transportation Statistics.
• Because of a reporting error, a 9News story on Page 3B Thursday inaccurately described the status of patient care at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan. The facility stopped admitting new child, adolescent and geriatric patients Dec. 1 but continues to serve other adult patients.
