DENVER—Murder charges have been filed in the case of a man found dead in a Denver recycling bin earlier this month.
Denver prosecutors say 45-year-old Theresa Harris stabbed 35-year-old Charles Hardy in the alley.
Hardy’s body was found in a recycling bin in the alley just northeast of downtown.
Harris was charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bond. She appears in court Tuesday.
