One lane of westbound Interstate 70 will be closed today between Georgetown and Silverplume as crews perform rockfall mitigation work, the Colorado Department of Transportation reports.
The work started at 10:30 this morning and will continue until nightfall. During that time, the right lane of the westbound highway will be closed.
CDOT warned in a news release that motorists should expect delays.
