ASPEN, Colo.—A man found with 30 illegal marijuana plants in his Snowmass Village affordable housing unit has pleaded guilty.
Thirty-two-year-old Scott Brown has been given a deferred sentence and must stay out of trouble for two years.
Brown was charged with felony cultivation of marijuana in September. Police said the plants were for personal use, though Brown did not have state medical clearance to be growing the marijuana.
