CASTLE ROCK — A dispensary that was shut down by the town will be allowed to resume sales of medical marijuana.
Plants 4 Life was forced to stop selling medical marijuana last month after the town clerk said doing so was illegal under federal law.
However, an Arapahoe County District Court judge ruled Dec. 30 that a Centennial dispensary, CannaMart, was improperly shut down by the city. The judge issued a preliminary injunction keeping CannaMart in business until the case is decided at trial.
Castle Rock decided to let Plants 4 Life continue to do business based on that ruling.
