Charges against an Army officer have been dismissed at the request of the Larimer County District Attorney’s Office.
Zachary Busenbark, 26, had been arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at Denver International Airport in September 2009 on a warrant in connection to an alleged June sex assault in Fort Collins.
Prosecutors dismissed all charged on Oct. 26, 2009 and the court records were further sealed in late December.
