Two men with a history of stealing in California face 18 more charges in connection with the theft $27,000 in expensive merchandise at six downtown Aspen shops.
Philbert Lantin Delrio, 31, and Devint Visanh Vongphachan, 25, both from the San Francisco Bay Area, were arrested Jan. 13 in the parking lot of an Aspen grocery story.
Their car allegedly reportedly contained 51 high-end winter jackets, six bottles of Cristal champagne, two pairs of Arcteryx ski pants, as well as accessories from Prada and other high-end brands, the Aspen Times reported.
The charges were file Monday. The men are free on $50,000 bond each.
The pair already were on probation for other charges, including burglary and theft, the Times reported.
