FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Fort Collins police have arrested a man who they say pulled a knife on an officer and fought her as she tried to arrest him.
Police spokeswoman Rita Davis says 19-year-old Arturo Luna allegedly approached the officer with a knife as she responded to a report of a fight between two brothers around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Luna was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer. A phone number for him wasn’t listed.
The officer’s name wasn’t disclosed.
