A 51-year-old man found guilty of sexually assaulting two young girls was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison in Denver District Court today.
Andres Hidalgo was accused of assaulting the girls while he took care of them in his home during a six-year period, proseuctors said.
A jury in November found Hidalgo guilty of six counts of sexual assault on a child, six counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, two counts of sexual assault on a child with a pattern of abuse and one count of sexual assault with force.
