Ford Motor Credit said Thursday it will eliminate 80 of the 560 jobs at its Colorado Springs customer-service center by year’s end as part of a nationwide cost-cutting move that will slash 20 percent of the company’s workforce.
The Colorado Springs Gazette reported that the majority of job cuts will come through “involuntary separations” by March 31.
