ADAMS COUNTY — Authorities are still searching for a suspect who shot and wounded an Adams County sheriff’s deputy who was investigating a disturbance at an apartment complex Saturday night.
The deputy was treated at an area hospital and released, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were on foot patrol about 11 p.m. when there was a disturbance in an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Coronado Parkway.
Someone in the complex fired several shots, striking the deputy.
