FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Another Colorado State University student has died in a car crash while on spring break.
University officials confirmed Monday that 18-year-old Larissa Hartman died after she lost control of her car on U.S. 285 near Fairplay on Sunday night and struck an oncoming car during a storm.
On Saturday, CSU sophomore Katelyn M. Henning of Littleton was killed in a crash near Kingman, Ariz.
CSU is offering counseling to students and staff affected by their deaths and by a third death on campus.
On Friday, 52-year-old former CSU student Mark Kriebel killed himself by jumping beneath the wheels of a freight train as it passed through campus, horrifying onlookers.
