Eagle County sheriff’s detectives received an anonymous tip that led to a drug bust in a condemned house in Gypsum this morning.
Deputies seized 239 marijuana plants and several pounds of hashish and psilocybin mushrooms valued at $30,000 from the home at 90 Beacon Court, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
The raid led to the arrest of 22-year-old Alvaro Medina and 25-year-old Adam Coleman, who live in the home.
The house is condemned by the town of Gypsum due to fire hazards and multiple building code violations, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
