Colorado’s mountain casinos posted a 2 percent increase in revenue in February compared with the same month a year ago, according to data released Wednesday by the state Division of Gaming.
The state’s 40 casinos reported adjusted gross proceeds — total bets minus payouts — of $58.7 million in February, up from $57.3 million in 2009.
Black Hawk posted a 6 percent increase, with revenue of $43.6 million. Cripple Creek saw a 9 percent drop to $10 million, while Central City’s revenue remained flat at $5.1 million.
