Denver police this afternoon arrested a 33-year-old Denver man suspected of pimping out a younger teenager at a home.
Police spokesman Sonny Jackson said Adam Gurule was arrested without incident at an apartment in southwest Denver. He had been under investigation but after police got an arrest warrant recently, he had disappeared.
Jackson said he could not release details of the charges in order to protect the identity of the teen, whom he said is safe.
Gurule was arrested in October on suspicion of pandering of a child by arrangement and pimping of a child, both felonies, but no charges were filed at a status hearing in November.
Gurule also has previously has been arrested on domestic violence and drug charges, records show.
Jackson had said earlier today that Gurule was considered dangerous.
