Southwest Airlines is continuing its growth in Denver by adding 11 more flights in August while the Dallas- based carrier cuts 116 flights from its network.
Two more flights are planned between Denver and Los Angeles, and there will be one more roundtrip added between Denver and Detroit, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Phoenix, San Francisco, St. Louis, Tucson and Washington/Dulles.
The additions will bring Southwest to 144 daily departures to 43 cities out of Denver, where it is the third- largest carrier.
