A fight inside Shorty’s Bar in Pueblo has left one man with knife wounds to his arm and abdomen and another man under arrest.
Deputies from the Pueblo Sheriff’s Office responded to the bar, 29701 U.S. 50, at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday on calls of a disturbance.
At the scene, they found the victim. They were also able to identify a suspect and the vehicle he was driving.
A short time later, the Colorado State Patrol was able to locate the car and suspect, identified as Ernest Martinez.
Martinez is being held for investigation of attempted second-degree murder.
