Getting your player ready...

Baseball is here, for real. And Rockies relief pitcher Matt Daley is ready to feed your baseball hunger.

At 11 a.m. Tuesday, Daley will field readers’ questions during a live chat at .

Daley’s story is like something out of a Disney movie, but now the 27-year-old right-hander is being counted on to help solidify the Rockies’ bullpen.

After morphing into a solid college pitcher at Bucknell, Daley rejected a chance to enter the draft following his junior year, walking away from a roughly $200,000 signing bonus. He wanted to be with his friends and get his degree.

“I would have always regretted not finishing school,” Daley told The Post earlier this year.

An arm injury his senior year led him to sign with the Rockies as a nondrafted free agent. He never wondered what could have been, choosing instead to plod his way through the farm system, growing in the organization over the last two years after he adopted a sidearm delivery.

“I always said that if I ever felt like I wasn’t going to make the big leagues, I would quit. But I never felt that way,” Daley said. “To finally get there – it was more than I imagined.”

So get your questions ready for Daley. Ask him about his career and the state of the Rockies.
