PARKER — Michele Lee Thompson-Larimer was remembered by family and friends at a memorial service Thursday, a week after she was killed in a murder-suicide in Granby.
The celebration of the 38-year-old’s life was held at Parker Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Her father provided 9News with a copy of his eulogy in which he wrote that his daughter “gave without hesitation every step of the way.”
Granby police say Thompson-Larimer, a resident of Parker, was shot and killed by Michael McCormick, a business associate who had kidnapped her.
Police initially identified McCormick as her ex-boyfriend.
