PHOENIX — A missing handwritten transcript from a coroner’s inquest done after the legendary gunfight at the OK Corral has surfaced in a dusty box more than 125 years after the famed Wild West shootout.
Court clerks stumbled onto the box in an old jail-storage room in Bisbee, south of Tombstone. State archivists plan to post the pages online as soon as next week.
