WASHINGTON — The FBI is investigating former Rep. Eric Massa, D-N.Y., accused by his male former staff members of sexual harassment. Attorney Debra Katz said she was contacted by the FBI, which she believes is interested in a $40,000 check from Massa’s campaign to his former chief of staff.
