PHOENIX — A bill to require presidential candidates to show their birth certificates to get on Arizona’s ballot won’t win approval from state lawmakers. With legislators working toward adjournment of their annual session, the sponsor of the bill said it won’t get a state Senate vote because some fellow Republicans don’t support it. The House narrowly approved the measure last week.
