Kaki King, a.k.a. 30-year-old Atlanta native Katherine Elizabeth King, crafts hyper-melodic tunes so pleasingly complex they’d make your guitar teacher blush. But she’s also prone to creating sweeping soundtracks (“Into the Wild”), collaborating with her admirers (Foo Fighters, Tegan and Sara) and, in recent years, laying down increasingly confident vocal turns on her own songs. She plays the Fox Theatre on Tuesday with An Horse ($15-$17). Also worthy at the Fox this week: New York indie rock/folk mainstay Matt Pond PA on Wednesday, with Bobby Long and Denver’s own Hello Kavita. $14.
