Charlie Sheen has surrendered legal custody of the two kids he has with Denise Richards to her.

After his December arrest, marital problems and sobriety concerns, Sheen agreed to a request by Richards for full legal custody of their daughters, Sam, 6, and Lola, 4. Their current divorce agreement grants Richards with primary physical custody and Sheen with visitation rights.

The exes purportedly signed a written agreement two weeks ago, but have yet to file the papers to the court.

Once Richards is awarded full legal guardianship, she will reportedly be able to make decisions regarding her children’s lives without Sheen’s consent, such as medical and educational matters. She will also be able to leave the country with her kids without Sheen’s permission, according to TMZ.

In addition to the $50,000 in child support Sheen pays Richards every month, the actor also has a hefty fee to pay his current wife.

In a 60-page pre-nup agreement, obtained by the website Gawker, Brooke Mueller gets a $300,000 annual allowance for the first 10 years she is married to Sheen. After they wed in May 2008, Mueller also received a marriage bonus of $500,000 for their first 180 days together as husband and wife.

If the couple were to divorce now, Mueller would get $2.35 million for her half of their Beverly Hills home, as well as $100,000 to cover moving expenses.

Carrie Bradshaw is an aspiring teen with a lust for bad boys in a new prequel.

“The Carrie Diaries,” the just-published prequel to Candace Bushnell’s “Sex in the City” tales, was intended for young readers, but is attracting older readers as well.

“On Oprah.com, they recommended it as a Mother’s Day gift,” she told the Chicago Sun-Times. “It might be a mother-daughter book.”

In the prequel Carrie is a senior at a Connecticut high school who wants to be a writer.

“I’ve always been fascinated with the story of young women on their way to the big city,” Bushnell said. “And who better to take the journey with than Carrie Bradshaw?”

Her friends call the young Carrie “Bradley.” She writes for the school newspaper, sneaks cigarettes, is trying to cope with the death of her mother and already has a taste for bad boys.

“I wanted it to be authentic, but on the other hand I wasn’t going to make it deliberately edgy,” Bushnell said. “You can’t fool teenagers. They’re pretty smart.”

Bushnell said she is just starting work on the second book in the young-adult series.

Larry King and his wife, Shawn Southwick, are reportedly unsure if they should stay married and need more time to decide if they’ll go forward with the divorce.

The two filed divorce papers — within minutes of each other — on April 14.

On April 19 reps for both sides told TMZ the divorce was on hold for two weeks while the couple tried working their problems out, including talking with a marriage counselor.

Two weeks have now passed since the divorce was put on hold, but sources directly connected to the situation tell TMZ Larry and Shawn are still undecided and are giving it one more week before deciding whether to divorce or reconcile.

A multi-million dollar online auction for Madonna’s old private journals came to a halt this week, after the Material Girl’s reps got involved.

The seller, who says he bought the 12 journals and memorabilia in a blind auction, said he removed his listing around after a rep for the singer convinced eBay that Madonona was the rightful owner.

A rep from eBay confirmed to TMZ that they did receive a claim from Madonna’s people and have since pulled the auction from their site.

But the seller isn’t happy about it and insists he was the rightful owner.

He reportedly was expecting to make least $2.5 million from the sale.
