The U.S. Army Bowl continues to want Colorado football players.
In addition to Class 4A Thompson Valley’s Dorian Brown, two-time defending Class 5A champion Mullen has three nominees for the postseason all-star game, and another is from Chaparral. Running back Adonis Ameen-Moore, right, wide receiver Rayshon Williams and linebacker Leilon Willingham have been nominated from Mullen, as has Chaparral offensive tackle Brendon Austin.
More than 400 players nationally will be nominated and pared to 90 for selection by December for the Jan. 8 game at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
