Manny Pacquiao’s next fight will be in early November, with promoter Bob Arum hoping to match the newly elected Filipino congressman against former welterweight champion Antonio Margarito if talks with Floyd Mayweather Jr. fall through. As for the budding congressman, trainer Freddie Roach said Pacquiao can train for a fight while handling his new duties. “He’s a multitasker,” Roach said. “He likes keeping busy.
