Peter Bellar, who is accused of gunning down a Denver medical-marijuana seller in a pot transaction turned robbery, was bound over for trial Wednesday.
After listening to testimony from a police detective, County Court Judge Robert Crew ruled there is sufficient evidence for the case against Bellar to proceed. Bellar is charged with murder in the Jan. 5 killing of Douglass Singleton, 59, at Singleton’s home in the Park Hill neighborhood.
