The Colorado State Patrol on Tuesday released the names of two people killed in a head-on collision Monday in Weld County.
Stephen Smith, 58, and Patricia Smith, 55, both of Cheyenne, were killed when a Ford F250 driven by 25-year-old Landra Fabrizius of Windsor attempted to pass another vehicle and pulled into the path of the Smiths’ Suzuki Esteem. The couple died at the scene.
Fabrizius was airlifted to the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland with serious injuries.
