The FBI says a man in his early 20s robbed the Bank of the West at 2050 S. Downing St. in Denver this afternoon, possibly for a second time.
As a result, the agency dubbed the suspect the “Perennial Bandit,” because the first holdup was almost one year ago, June 11, 2009.
He is described as white male, about 22 years old, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 175 pounds with a blond buzz cut hairstyle.
He passed a note to a teller at the bank at about 12:30 p.m. today, the FBI said in a release.
