DENVER—Eight people are in custody and three more are being sought on federal weapons and drug-trafficking charges.
Denver-based federal prosecutors said Thursday that six suspects were arrested this week and two were already in custody.
All 11 suspects are from Denver or suburban Aurora.
Charges include being a felon in possession of a weapon, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of a weapon whose serial number was obliterated and posession of cocaine or cocaine base with intent to distribute.
Nine other suspects were arrested in October as part of the same investigation.
