AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—A Reserve Officer Training Corps cadet has been injured during a parachute jump at the Air Force Academy.
Officials at the school say the cadet was flown by helicopter Friday to Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs. The cadet’s family has been notified.
The cadet, whose name wasn’t released, was attending a summer parachute training program.
A safety board is investigating the accident.
