Mel Gibson and his Russian ex-girlfriend are reportedly battling it out over money and child custory.

Gibson’s ex, Oksana Grigorieva, told London’s Daily Mail that the actor is not paying child support for their 9-month-old daughter.

The Russian musician claims she has been forced to “live on credit cards” and borrow money from friends to support baby Lucia.

“He is not paying me a penny. Nothing,” she told the U.K. newspaper. “I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cruelty.”

However, Gibson’s lawyer claims Grigorieva is making up stories about him because she’s having buyer’s remorse over a custody agreement she signed, TMZ reports.

And the motivation behind Oksana’s spate of new allegations, that he punched her in January, knocking out her teeth and giving her a concussion, is her anger over their custody arrangement, Stephen Kolodny said.

Kolodny told TMZ, “Having entered into an agreement that allows for overnight, unrestricted visitation, and would soon result in Mel having 50/50 custody of their daughter — an agreement reached after a two-day mediation with two retired Superior Court judges — Mel was hopeful that their break-up was behind them and Lucia would be the beneficiary of cooperative parenting. Apparently Lucia will be denied that good fortune.”

The actor parted ways with his wife of 28 years, Robyn, after he was photographed kissing the 40-year-old musician while vacationing in Costa Rica.

Gibson, who is reportedly worth $900 million, split from Grigorieva two months ago.

Despite originally telling the press their break-up was amicable, Grigorieva now says she dropped the “Lethal Weapon” star after they had been together for three years.

“He didn’t dump me, I left him,” she told the Daily Mail. “I rescued my children and myself.”

Lindsay Lohan will appear in a new reality show that will follow her mom, Dina, and her siblings. Dina told the New York Post’s Page Six, “We have already started filming. The cameras follow us in our daily lives and as we promote our businesses.

“I want to prove that we are a good, hardworking family and we don’t have the crazy lives that some people claim we do,” Dina said.

“The show will feature my kids, and Lindsay will also appear in some episodes, although she’s very busy filming and promoting her fashion lines. We’re discussing a deal with a major network,” Dina told the Post.

But she pointed out that dad Michael won’t be part of the show.

George Hamilton also has created a reality show — and it sounds a lot like “Two and a Half Men,” according to the celebrity website janetcharltonshollywood.

Hamilton reportedly is developing a “docusoap” for TV Land with the producers of “Keeping up with the Kardashians.”

The show will document the lives of George, 70, and his older son Ashley, 35, who is a standup comic.

The two will portray bachelors in no hurry to grow up.

Then, George’s 10-year-old son George Thomas (from George’s relationship with Kimberly Blackford) up and moves to L.A. to live with them.

Insiders told the website that George and Ashley are living together because they’re both hurting for money, so it has the ring of truth.

Farrah Fawcett‘s closest friends marked the first anniversary of her death by dedicating a cancer-research foundation in her name.

Alana Stewart, Ryan O’Neal, Tatum O’Neal and Redmond O’Neal were among guests at an intimate gathering Friday at the new offices of the Farrah Fawcett Foundation, which funds alternative cancer research and treatment methods and aims to improve the quality of life of those with the disease.

Fawcett, the “Charlie’s Angels” star who detailed her battle with anal cancer in the 2009 documentary, “Farrah’s Story,” died at 62 on June 25, 2009.

Stewart said Fawcett started her namesake foundation during her own struggle with cancer, and Stewart was determined to keep her friend’s efforts alive.

“If I can help carry on Farrah’s mission for the foundation, it’s an honor for me,” Stewart said. “I feel almost like she’s a guardian angel watching over me, and I feel like she’s smiling down on us and very happy that she died for a cause.” “She felt that she could help a lot of people and she could give a lot of people inspiration, courage and hope,” Stewart continued. “That’s why she did the documentary and that’s why she started the foundation.” Ryan O’Neal said the first anniversary of Fawcett’s death had been an emotional one for his family. Their 25-year-old son, Redmond, who has been dogged by drug problems and was jailed during his mother’s final days, visited Fawcett’s grave for the first time Friday.

The soft-spoken redhead said he is now clean and sober.

Ryan O’Neal said he still worried about his son, especially since Fawcett is gone: “He lost her, and he’s fragile.” But, O’Neal said, her mission will continue.

“Farrah was extremely loved around the world,” he said. “We will try to keep that feeling in play.”
