GOLDEN, Colo.—Prosecutors say a man who pleaded guilty to selling alcohol to a minor involved in a fatal crash has pleaded guilty to a second charge stemming from a liquor store sting.

The Jefferson County district attorney’s office says 47-year-old Van Thien Pham (VAN THAN FAM) pleaded guilty Tuesday to another count of selling alcohol to a minor. His sentencing is July 19.

Prosecutors say Pham sold beer to a minor in April without asking for identification. The minor was working with Lakewood police.

Prosecutors say Pham was under court order not to work in a liquor store at the time.

Pham served two years in prison after pleading guilty in 2008 to selling alcohol to minors, one of whom was involved in a fatal car crash.
