AURORA — A police officer who was twice accused within a year of driving under the influence of alcohol was suspended for about a month, according to a report by The Aurora Sentinel.
Investigators allege Marc Sears was drunk when he crashed a sport utility vehicle into a light pole in Parker in March. He denies it.
Sears was convicted of DUI after crashing his motorcycle in Parker on May 24, 2009. He is appealing the conviction.
