Hot dogs, nachos and pizza are being served up at Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets and Avalanche games. While the menu is a big part of the experience at the big game, a new report is criticizing the safety of the food at sporting stadiums nationwide.

According to an ESPN report, health inspectors discovered a refrigerator at Coors Field keeping cheese and sour cream above required temperatures.

The report says fruit flies were found in bottles of whiskey at INVESCO Field at Mile High, and inspectors found what’s known as “coffin flies” in a bottle of cognac at the Pepsi Center.

The report reviewed 2009 health department inspection reports for concession stands at 107 arenas and stadiums in North America.

It found 61 percent of vendors at INVESCO Field had been cited for at least one critical or major health violation; 62 percent at Coors Field; and 67 percent at the Pepsi Center.
