Boulder police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in an attempted child enticement early Wednesday.
An adult male driving an older, small, green four-door sedan contacted a 15-year-old boy who was riding his bicycle at 4:45 a.m. in the area of Valmont and Airport roads.
The driver allegedly asked the boy his name and age then offered to perform a sexual act.
The boy declined and the man insisted by offering to pay the boy. When the boy declined again, the suspect drove away.
The suspect is described as a man with dark skin between the ages of 25 to 40. They boy described the man as being large but not fat, with a “big, round head,” according to a release from Boulder Police. The suspect was also said to be balding, with thick eyebrows and clean shaven. He spoke with an unknown accent.
