OKLAHOMA CITY — A company that lost an Oklahoma City mall to the federal government in foreclosure said Monday it has hired a management firm to try to prevent the same fate for two other malls.
Midwest Mall Properties LLC of Little Rock, Ark., said Chicago-based Urban Retail Properties LLC will provide management and leasing services for the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs and a mall in Fayetteville, Ark.
