Frontier Airlines has extended the lease on its Denver commercial headquarters at 7001 Tower Road through May 31, 2020, it was announced Monday. Frontier has occupied the facility since 2001.

Customer service, in-flight administration and training, marketing, revenue management, and scheduling and planning teams will be some of the departments working out of the building.

Frontier also will move its customer relations and reservations team into the building this month. The company expects more than 500 people out of its 4,876 total workforce to be in the Denver facility.

The 70,000-square-foot building is owned by Runway Properties LLC and Pawnee Transportation Inc.

The company’s corporate headquarters is now located in Indianapolis. Frontier also announced Monday that it will move its Houston operations from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to William P. Hobby Airport beginning Nov. 18.
