Cyclists Deadlift

What it works: Opposite-side calf, opposite-side glute, low back, middle rhomboids, biceps

This exercise leads to a fuller, stronger pedal stroke that improves a cyclist’s speed and endurance in riding up and over foothills and mountain passes.
