Denver- based care provider Catholic Health Initiatives agreed in principle Wednesday to acquire Bethesda Inc.’s Consolidated Health Services unit of Cincinnati. The transaction will finish by Sept. 30 and effect no major changes on staffing, according to Bethesda.
