BUFFALO, N.Y. — John Lennon’s killer was again denied parole, nearly 30 years after shooting the musician outside his New York City apartment building. A parole board ruled Tuesday that releasing Mark David Chapman, 55, would be “incompatible with the welfare of the community.”
