Up there with Aretha Franklin and Billie Holiday as one of the last century’s best singers, Patsy Cline’s country career was cut short by a 1963 airplane crash. Her signature songs “Crazy” and “I Fall to Pieces” represent a tiny corner of her discography. Cline would be 78 today. Sweet Dream cocktail, anyone?
Sweet Dream Cocktail

Ingredients
1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 ounce Irish cream
1 ounce half-and-half
Splash whipping cream
Directions
Stir together all ingredients. Add ice if desired.
