“MacGruber,” the “Saturday Night Live”-rooted action spoof that hit theaters earlier this year, is now on DVD. Will Forte, Kristen Wiig and Ryan Phillippe star, and cameos by such action-movie icons as Powers Booth lend this parody of the “MacGyver” TV series an extra giggle. R.
