A 21-year-old man has been charged with three counts of attempted murder and three counts of first-degree assault in connection with last Thursday’s stabbing of three men.
Erick Munoz-Garibay allegedly approached the victims while they were waiting in their car in the McDonald’s drive-thru at 300 South Broadway, according to the Denver district attorney’s office.
Munoz-Garibay confronted the men and then allegedly stabbed each of the victims.
They were taken to Denver Health Medical Center where they were treated for their injuries.
Munoz-Garibay is being held on a $500,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 1 to be advised of the charges.
