DURANGO, Colo.—Fort Lewis College is officially inaugurating its first female president.
Dene (DEEN) Kay Thomas is the Durango college’s eighth president overall. She officially took her post July 1 and will be inaugurated Friday.
Thomas previously was president of Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho.
